[Fiware-miwi] List of GEs

Hi all

I added the List of GEs to the MiWi-Wiki. https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/miwi

The Content structure already is similar to the final OpenSpecification structure.

Add your name to the contributors line of each GE your are contributing. 
We need also an owner for each GE.
