[Fiware-miwi] Requirements doc draft: API analysis & Use Cases / Tests-Demos

Continuing in the spirit of very first drafts, there's now a first version of a requirements document for FI-WARE / MIWI, with a 3D UI bias:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1P03BgfEG1Ly2dI2Cs9ODVDmBhH4A438Ynlaxc4vXn1o/edit?usp=sharing

It is public for anyone to view & comment, but also a rough working draft basically for our internal communications within MIWI so probably not useful to distribute more widely now.

I promised to work on this in the weekly two weeks ago but was a bit busy with other tasks before got to start with this. Erno and Tapani have been busy with actual programming, now to get actual proper n-player support to Pong (sync already works with WebRTC there).

I hope it is helpful both as a partial support for the GE spec work now and in guiding the implementation and testing efforts.

But obviously it is still also just a rough draft with even completely empty points and much that should be thought over still. I basically wanted to a) explore the scope, think of an overall structure for thinking of requirements here and b) quickly report the current status of the first technical test / use cases (multipong and city view).

Originally was going to put to wiki but decided to work on the google doc at least first as there it's quicker to for example change the overall structure (which may be good as a set of 5-10 wiki pages later). Any ideas and comments about both the structure, how to perhaps wikify this usefully, and of course about anything in the text are very welcome. Also please ask if there are any questions about what the purpose / idea of this work, I've tried to explain it in the doc too though.

Thanks,
~Toni
