[Fiware-miwi] Open sourcing the core of Meshmoon WebRocket

As many have probably noticed, nowadays there is no shortcoming in the
amount of web implementations that have been running side by side in the
realXtend community :)

We announced yesterday of open sourcing our web browser client core SDK
(WebRocket) that you all have seen in the MIWI IRL demos. I don't want to
rewrite all the details as I made a quite detailed blog post about it
yesterday. please check it for the reasoning and timing of the open source

The main thing I want to signal to the FIWARE (MIWI in particular)
community is that we aim to work with all the companies here, combining the
best parts of all our open source codebases going forward. This pull
request<https://github.com/realXtend/WebTundra/pull/57>was
specifically done to the rex FIWARE repository so that we can do this.
