Sorry. I forgot to send this email after yesterdays CeBIT preparation hangout.

Let’s use the following document for WP13 to prepare the CeBIT event:

Presentation
We decided that Philipp will do the presentation for the WP13 part. (13:00-13:30).
Each GE-owner will contribute 2 slides describing 
(1) the functionality and features of the GEi and 
(2) use-cases/demos using the GE (preferably pictures)

Demos
WP13 is sharing a table for demos with the Streaming GEi (WP6). 
We plan to have several demos showing different functionalities.
Please add the description of your demo to the above document.
Demo Coordinator: We need somebody attending the CeBIT, which is responsible to organize and coordinate the demos
(Tommi is checking with UOULU/CIE and Cyberlighning who could take this role).


Action Points:
CeBIT Attendees [Wednesday EOB]: Add your name to the WP13 Attendees list 
(I will check with Juanjo/Nuria about the free tickets)
GE owner [March 4th]: Prepare slides about GE and send them to Philipp
CeBIT Attendees [Wednesday noon]: Volunteer responsible organizing & coordinating demos
Friday Feb 28th: Add short description of Demo available in above document
