Accommodation is really difficult at CeBIT. But since its only a single 
day you can stay elsewhere and come in by train. Good cities should be 
Braunschweig, Hildesheim, Hamburg, Bremen, Göttingen, Wolfsburg. It is 
probably good to check the train connections to the cities in parallel.

Make sure that you also get a train ticket with a seat reservation as 
the trains to Hannover will likely be rather full. You can get the train 
tickets online at www.bahn.de (also in English).
