[Fiware-miwi] Release files - MIWI section missing?

Thanks. Lasse pointed me to this tutorial on IRC :) I have made a .msi .zip
and source .zip release for the Cloud Rendering Renderer GEi to the file
section. The service and web client are coming in tomorrow.

I have also updated all documentation to point to these file. Uploading
seemed to work well at least for me, and i had ~110mb installers so seems
the system is working ok :)
