[Fiware-miwi] Reminder: GEi Installation and Test verification

Hi - thanks for the reviews, just a quick note about Internet Explorer
support which was mentioned in the doc:

IE 11 at least in win8 metro mode has pretty good WebGL support nowadays
and AFAIK websockets work too. It is true however that not all things work
and are not tested that much, we'll edit to note that in the doc somehow.

For example this simple standalone thing works with the controls and all,
http://playsign.tklapp.com:8000/WebTundra/examples/xml3d/example-ctm.html
.. also the Virtual Characters demo from
http://playsign.tklapp.com:8000/WebTundra/examples/Avatar/ runs fine for me
on IE now (first I got a strange bug though that not everything animated
correctly, perhaps due to loading order probs)

Cheers,
~Toni
