[Fiware-miwi] Reviews of WP13 ongoing

As you may be aware, we keep track of the reviews of the Installation & Admin Manual,  Unit Testing Plan, Software Delivery and User & Programmer Manual of each GEi here:

This on-line sheet is only editable by the internal reviewers: Manuel, Fermín and myself. This  provides a single view of the review status and also lets you see how you are doing/what you need to do even if the WPL is , for instance, on holidays.

For obvious reasons, we have prioritised the iterations with the GE owners leaving at the end of April (those marked in grey). Part of this work is still open but we need to move on with the rest. for the remaining ones, We have decided to prioritise WP13 because:

  *   It is the 1st time that this WP undergoes reviews (unlike the others)
  *   You do not have any manuals on the public wiki(again, unlike the others)
  *   There is obvious scope for your work in the demos we give at the events. This is not possible if we do not approve & publish your manuals

Our reviews are mostly on the formal side (do not expect technical comments) but most of them easy to address.

I want to make you aware that we receive tons of e-mails per day (we do many things in the project, this is an extra) and we cannot be answering each one of you individually. There are roughly 90 GEis delivering, 4 manuals per GEi... this is >300 items. Now take into account that some take 3 or even 4 iterations (in the worst cases but many get it in a single one) . So please dispatch with your WPL and coordinate internally with Christof. He should send us status reports periodically, puttign together your feedback. The sooner you react, the better.

The reviews are ongoing ...  :)
