[Fiware-miwi] Reviews of WP13 ongoing

GIS, Real-Virtual Interaction and 2D-3D capture have been fixed according
to the comments.

On think puzzles me. There was a complaint about modifying GIS document for
R3.3 when there are no features released. There are updates to the
documents due to fixing errors, and also adding information we saw fit
after the features have been implemented. Would it be then to add this
information to R3.2 documents, and then make no R3.3 release at all. I
don't know, but now I left the documents as they are.
