[Fiware-miwi] Updating the WP13 OpenSpecification

Hi all,

This seems to be a general problem with OpenSpecifications. The info 
table presented in the wiki page does not seem to export well to the 
document.

As seen in the wiki:
Title box with name, chapter,catalogue-link, and owner.

As seen in the document:
Title box in the document

So, I think we need a generic solution that can be applied to all, so 
that we can avoid individual, different looking tweaks.
