Because my travel plans changed short term this morning, I can not host todays weekly meeting (sorry for short notice).

I already prepared an agenda/minutes for the meeting, which contains the most important topics for this week:

1. Fixed missing part in OpenSpec public wiki

Details part of the OpenSpecs, which links to the Open API page, was missing in the public wiki. The API pages itself where there linked from the “Summary of FI-WARE API Open Specifications” page. This is fixed now.



2. FIWARE @ ECFI Munich (Sept 17./18.)

Currently we have now one demo from Torsten (DFKI). See description here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/10z4Btr_NAHQ8lKyz9qiDEV6JRB714hhR-ZA5pfw9HC8/edit?usp=sharing

It would be great to also have a demo for WebTundra and some additonal GEis and it is still possible to bring in another demo this week.
ECFI is an important event for FIWARE to kick-off phase 3 of the FI-PPP and many representatives of accelerators will be there.
Registraton to ECFI is extended to Sept. 10. Please let me know, if you attend.

3. Catalogue Entries

Please update the status of your catalogue entries to the above dashboard. I can not see the entries until they are published and therefore have no chance to get the current status otherwise.

Miguel sent an email last Friday with some instructions.
The mail contained an important wiki-page, which shows all the components required to be present on FI-Lab. http://wiki.fi-ware.org/Procedure_to_publish_FI-WARE_software
Important: According to this graphic, we need a cookbook/blueprint AND a VM image to get the approval for the catalogue. So please as soon you have the cookbook also create a VM (using the cookbook) and create an image of it.

Please interact directly with the representative peoples to complete and fix the catalogue, cookbook and blueprints:

If it is really urgent and Pedro is on holidays, sometimes Álvaro (aalonsog at dit.upm.es<mailto:aalonsog at dit.upm.es>) can help. But please do not CC him by default, this person is always overloaded and very busy. This is theoretically not his work.

As soon all the required components are there, the entry has to be approved by Stefano De Panfilis (stefano.depanfilis at eng.it<mailto:stefano.depanfilis at eng.it>)
