[Fiware-miwi] Startup weekend trip costs

Hi,

That is correct. Please add your estimated costs at the bottom of the
main spreadsheet that contains the planning for the events. There is a
small table for that.

My understanding is that each participant will simply claim the
additional cost as part of the normal FI-WARE cost reporting but in
addition to any funding that has already been assigned to each of us.
The coordinator/EU will reimburse the sum as part of the next amendment
that is in preparation already. So not immediate but hopefully soon.
