[Fiware-miwi] Synchronization GE bootcamp slides

Hi Lasse,
nice presentation, gives good impression of the presented GE.

I have 2 comments:
- If network connection for some reason fails during presentation, we
should have at least screenshots of the Pong game as backup.
- Slides 9 & 10 (example and explanations) could perhaps be combined,
either so that explanations are in the speaker notes area. If I'd present
this slideset, I'd prefer more to have actual example and explanations
available in the same time :)
