[Fiware-miwi] Minutes of the StartupWeekend-Meeting

Thanks Erno,
used time pretty much depend amount of the available presentations. Friday
morning presentation session from WebUI part is divided to 2 separate
slots, coffee break will be held between presentations. 1st slot is
~2hours, second bit over 1 hour. So if we have e.g. 6 presentations for the
morning, we are able to use max ~30minutes per presentation. Most likely
presentation length will vary depending subject of the presentation, but
I'd estimate that 15-30 minutes will be used for each slideset.
