[Fiware-miwi] POI presentation for the StartupWeekend

Thanks Ari,
very good that you did add presentation notes, it is easier to get familiar
with the material!

Some questions:

- Is POI spec based on some public standard? If it is, it could be
mentioned in the presentation
- What POI GE offers in practice in component level? E.g. is server
implementation for POI handling part of the POI GE delivery? POI syntax is
very well described in the document
- Links are not working
- Formatting in some pages is broken
- Could fi-ware template be integrated to the presentation?
