[Fiware-monitoring] Update for IoT Discovery GEri global instance

Hi,

Due to the imminent termination of the FIWARE Testbed, I have had to move the global instance for IoT Discovery to the FIWARE Lab, hence having a new IP address.

Please find attached the updated files for Nagios. Please can you confirm receipt.
