Dear all, Below FYI. If you intend to have a booth for your action cluster we would be glad to be informed. We will discuss this further at the next FIWARE Mundus Committee meeting on 29 May in Utrecht, but as the deadline is 23 May we shall act before. We will on our side ask for one FIWARE booth. In addition to action cluster exhibits/presentations, we will have federal and mayors/county executives keynotes panel and presentations by SuperClusters. This is a unique opportunity for you to demonstrate the progress you have made in the last 12 months to thousands of stakeholders including *_over 100 cities/communities and federal agencies such as NSF, ITA, DHS, DOT, DOE, DOC, NTIA_*, and so on. Please send an email to gctcinfo at nist.gov <mailto:gctcinfo at nist.gov> by *_Tuesday, May 23, 2017_* to confirm your participation in the exhibit/presentation session at the Expo, with the following information. 1.Name of your action cluster 2.Name and contact information of the team lead. If there is a separate contact for event logistics, please specify it as well. 3.Name and contact information of the participating city official 4.Exhibit booth space? (Y/N) If yes, do you want to be part of a SuperCluster Pavilion? (a) Transportation, (b) City Platform/Dashboard, (c) Public Safety, (d) Energy/water/waste, (e) Public WiFi/Broadband) 5.Speaking slot? (Y/N) *_Important Notes:_* -The exhibit space is provided free of charge (8x8 or 10x10, exact size TBD – let me know if you need a bigger space.). However you will need to cover the cost to build your booth. I will provide the contact information of the show vendor after receiving more details. -If there is excessive demand for speaking slots, priority will be given to the action clusters that bring in city officials as part of the presentation and have a booth presence at the exhibit. Thanks and looking forward to hearing from all of you. Let me know if you have any questions.
