Dear MSC members and chair. This email is to update on the progress with the SC track and to involve you all. I had synchro call with Olaf and with Margarida... to check some proposals, review the speakers proposed by Porto and try to align. Of course there is a lot of work pending to do, but I think that *we should be able to publish a first version of the agenda next Monday 12th and launch the promotion (at least inside the community and our networks).* I know that most of you need a draft agenda to be able to invite your clients, contacts, speakers, so hope that we could align, update and share. I will support on fiware.org and any other asset that you may need. *Please try to organise/collocate/suggest your speakers proposed and add any comment using this list. * 1.-Here is the Agenda with all the suggested tracks (remember, sessions and exhibition) and speakers https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11GaGs1LlGL07IkPOWEuWvPFjpvp7W0_1FMQa1I3zi1w/edit?usp=sharing 2.- Here is a *complete doc with a detailed SC agenda and description of the slots * https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oP4WddpRSv5Y5fcbeLlBYksUG18N96Emx5hVgG3YcqQ/edit?usp=sharing Please again, check the proposed speakers (I've been checking with Olaf the ones proposed by Porto) and align. People from Smart SDK, people from Mundus, if you think that some contacts could fit, *please talk with Olaf and use this mailing list. It is easy, go to the proposed tracks and see which speakers could fit.* Of course we can try to add some extra panel - presentation, but the preliminary approach is more or less ready. *We should present the definitive AGENDA for the Smart Cities track next FRIDAY 16th in our Summit Programme Committee conf call. * *IMPORTANT: The complete parallel sessions and exhibition related to Smart Cities should be organised using this list. Any update should be shared with the community.* Best regards Angeles Tejado Senior Marketing Manager FIWARE Foundation Phone: +34 608 508 873 Skype: vemiles1 -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
