[Fiware-mundus-req] How to be part of Fiware Mundus?

My name is Frederico Lopes. I am professor at Metropole Digital Institute
(UFRN / Natal / Brazil). We are developing smart cities solutions over
Fiware since 2016 and deploying such solutions in Natal city. What is the
procedure to be part of Fiware Mundus?
