[Fiware-mundus] Advice on starting FIWARE community and platform in South Africa

Good Day

I am happy to finally become a member of FIWARE.

My goal is to establish FIWARE in South Africa, but will need much support
initially. The ideal would be to understand how other countries got
started.

I have initial interest from my local town's municipality and a water
governance organisation in the same area (of which I am a steering
committee member).

Any experiences you can share will be of great value thank you.
