[Fiware-new-nodes] setting up an experimental FIWARE testbed

Hello,

I'm contacting you as we are interested in setting up an experimental test-bed FIWARE platform in Orange Labs India.
We have installed an Openstack environment successfully deployed using Fuel Mirantis as per the Fiware Handbook document.
As we are talking about a testbed, our capacity is very limited (6 CPUs).
We would like to know if we can federate our testbed (1 fuel master, 1 controller and 2 compute nodes) to FIWARE so that we can have access to enablers' blueprints and data for experimental purposes.
