[Fiware-new-nodes] minimum requirements to become a new FIWARE Lab node

Dear Sir/Madam,

my organization (Brazil's National Research and Education Network) - trough its R&D department - is interested in hosting a FIWARE Lab node.
However, it is important to mention that we are still trying to secure funding to deploy a FIWARE lab.

To help us in this task, I would like to know which are the minimum technical requirements (hardware, connectivity, software...) to built a FIWARE Lab node.

Looking at the FIWARE website I was unable to find this information. Instead I found the Letter of Intent model (https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Letter_of_intent_to_become_a_new_FIWARE_Lab_node) which seems to be out of date.

Additionally, I would like to ask:

- Will the letter of intent be updated?
- Is there any cost for software license?
