[Fiware-ngsi-blockchain] proposal acronym, PIC's

Dear all,

A real challange to set up a proposal in such a short time, but I think 
if we join forces and cooperate we can do it ;-)
In order not to loose much time, two issues will need to be clarified 
really soon:

1) Important: please send me your *PIC* number as soon as possible, thus 
I can start the ECAS and integrate all of you as partners as well as  
(by Tuesday morning, 4 March pl.)

2) your estimated *Person/Month* costs so we can set up the budget. (by 
Tuesday morning, 4 March pl.)

and finally 3) Acronym:
I tried to find an acronym for our proposal. As for now my 
'non-technical, social science' brain has simply taken key words from 
the call and tried to make some sense out of it. My sincere apologies if 
they are total nonsense:

*DEEP* - architecturing DEcentralized data govErnment Platform

*DETACH*- Distributed and dEcenAralised ArCHitectures for data governance

*SPREAD *- deSign, develoP and demonstrate a distributed platfoRm for 
dEcentrAlized Data government

*Design**- D*istribut*E*d Architecture*S* for decentral*I*ced data 
*G*over*N*ment

Any other proposals are welcome, pl. share them with the group and let's 
decide lastest on Tuesday on the acronym.
