[Fiware-ngsi-blockchain] Important actions for today

Dear All,
urgent actions to be completed if possible this morning:

- UPM complete architecture (including performance and scalability discussion, query… ect ect)
- UPM compete work package 2 and 3
- ZSI and SIX review work package 5

I will focus on
- review work package 1
- review section 2.
- get something from the startups for wp4 and section 1.

Once completed section 2, i will ask SIX and ZSI to review
