[Fiware-ngsi-ld] FW: Announcing the NGSI-LD working group in FIWARE

Dear Ernoe,

  I believe this kind of important communications should be sent by the
FIWARE Foundation.  Otherwise, some people may ask questions and do wrong
speculations.

  Therefore, unless you have any objections, we will review its contents
and send it to the fiware ecosystem mailing list tomorrow evening or latest
on Monday.  We would send it on behalf of the WG and the FIWARE Foundation
if that is fine to you.
