[Fiware-ngsi] minor update on NGSI

Dear Tobias, all

A minor comment on the replace and append attribute messages.

Currently the PUT on /{attributeName}/{attributeId} is a ContextAttribute structure, but the POST on the /{attributeName} is an appendContextAttributeRequest containing a ContextValue and a list of Metadata.

We should be consequent and use the same data structure on both. I would go for having the ContextAttribute for both.
