[Fiware-ngsi] Missing target namespace in XSDs

Hi Guys,

it seems that the links from Fermin's email doesn't work. I'm logged in and see "PAGE NOT FOUND"... may you have a look at the issue, or is it may fault? Thanks.

What about the inclusion of Sergio into the NGSI mailing list? Do we have a formal admin for that list or shall I ask for this to Juanjo?

Yes, I think a target namespace would be good. Actually I was not even aware it is missing - at some point we had one.
I am also happy with your namespace suggestions.
