[Fiware-ngsi] NGSI RESTful binding

Hi all, 

I am sending again our draft for a RESTful NGSI binding, and also presentation slides which could be helpful. 
Please feel free to send comments or suggestions for improvements anytime. 

One technical remark: I tried to upload this into the svn at
 https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/iot/
but received an error message that I do not have write access. Does someone know how to solve that issue?
