[Fiware-ngsi] NGSI-9 binding

Dear all,

I apologize for the delay, but I finally managed to produce a first stable version of the NGSI-9 binding. It can be retrieved under

and I am happy to receive any feedback.

Probably the most noticeable feature is the introduction of the "RegisterProviderRequest" data structure. It is used as the request body for all POST operations on resources that represent sets of entities/attributes, for registering providers of information; see chapter 3 for more details.

Please feel free to correct smaller typos etc. directly in the document and update the svn.
