[Fiware-ngsi] NGSI meeting - optionally postponed

Dear All,

Colleagues from Spain indicated they have holiday on Monday. I would
like to explore the possibility whether we can shift this meeting to
Tuesday.
The proposal would be: in case we find a common slot for at least those
persons who accepted the original date&time, we will shift to Tuesday,
otherwise keep the original date & time.
