[Fiware-ngsi] NGSI 10 remaining question

Hi all,

I am currently preparing the next NGSI10 binding draft version, and I stumbled on the question whether or not to allow PUT and DELETE on the resources ../ContextEntities/{EntityID}, ../ContextEntities/{EntityID}/attributes and ../ContextEntities/{EntityID}/attributes/{attributeName}.

If we allow PUT, then the semantics would be "Replace all information you have about this Entity (or Attribute) with the information provided in the request body".
If we allow DELETE, then the semantics would be "Remove all information about this Entity (or Attribute)".

It terms of plain NGSI, the equivalent question is whether or not to allow a "delete" or an "update" without an ID. I think we have agreed not to allow the "update" without ID, but what about "delete"?

Best
Tobias
