[Fiware-ngsi] [XML-Schema] Update NGSI Schema

Hi all,

I have updated/corrected the XmlSchema files. (E.g. EntityId have id as an element and isPatter and type as an xml attributes ).
Also I updated  all the examples in the folder xml_example.  ( As requested by Ken )

@Ken: As you required, now you can find all the correct files that you need in the svn folder ngsi-9 for implement correctly the ngsi9 request/response. If you fine additional errors in the Xml files,  please contact me directly.

@Denes: Do you agree with the XmlSchema changes?
