[Fiware-ngsi] Example of IoT Resource in NGSI-9

Hi Tarek,

It is not 100% clear to me what is meant by "resource". In NGSI 9 there is this "providingApplication" field e.g. in the DiscoverContextAvailabilityResponse message. This field is supposed to contain the URL of the component which can provide (by NGSI-10) the pieces of information described in the DiscoverContextAvailabilityResponse message.
