Dear Davide, As far as we know, there is no library/client/driver as you mention, either for NGSI9/10 in general nor SAMSON Broker (which implements the FI-WARE REST binding) in particular. However, it is an standard REST API so you can use any REST-based framework in your preferred development language (Java, Python, etc.) or even command line tools such curl (in fact, curl is extensively used in the SAMSON Broker unit test plan). Thus, I'm my opinion a client GE developed by the Tools chapter would be great and it could be very interesting to do interoperability tests between you client and our GEi. Thanks!
