[Fiware-ngsi] link to NGSI-9 binding scheme missing

Dear Boris,

Regarding the first URL, the exact one you mention doesn't exist in the current repository snapshoot. Maybe you refer to https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/iot/trunk/schemes/xml_examples/? (This one is working).

Regarding the second URL, it seems it was a temporal problem... now (19:00 CET) it seems back again.
