[Fiware-ngsi] NO XML support in NGSI, only JSON

Dear Juanjo and IoT NGSI team,

sorry for the late update, the TI's implementation of NGSI in Pub/Sub GE will support only JSON in its first release (September/October) and not XML as stated "
Representation Format
The NGSI 10 API supports only XML as data serialization format.
" in the https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FI-WARE_NGSI-10_Open_RESTful_API_Specification_%28PRELIMINARY%29 page.

Sorry for delay with pointing this out. We will be really unable to provide XML communication in this phase.

May you please change it in the above mentioned specification page?
