[Fiware-ngsi] NGSI binding 1st 'official' version

Hi all,

We discussed today in IoT WP that we should make a first 'official' release of the FI-WARE NGSI binding by the end of next week.

In my opinion we could release this as a package of multiple documents:

1)      The binding of NGSI 9

2)      The binding of NGSI 10

3)      The xml documents

4)      A document on the ngsi association concept

5)      A document describing the changes/clarifications we agreed on for the abstract interface definitions of NGSI.

Any opinions on this?
