[Fiware-ngsi] NGSI 9/10 binding release

Hi all,

I am beginning to produce the documents for the public 1.0 release of the FI-WARE NGSI binding.

Fermin, as you have recently suggested some changes, is there some newer document version from you? The one I find in the SVN has not seen a change for quite some time.

Another question: do you guys use the possibility of URI parameters that is at the moment defined in the binding? Otherwise we can consider to remove that.
