Hi,

FYI, an email coming from an UC project, with two relevant things:

  * The "pressure" to release publicly our material (fortunately, we have been discussing this recently and I understand we are in the right path to release it sooner than later).
  * They are asking for a WADL definition for the REST API. As far as I understand, it doesn't exit.

Best regards,

Dear Pasquale,

Let me check internally with the NGSI people in FI-WARE, so I could provide the right answers.

Dear Fermin,
my colleagues and me are making some preliminary test on the Context Broker. But we are a little bit stucked about how to easily interact with it, going further to the plain xml request or curl usage as described in the examples.

On https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FI-WARE_NGSI-9_Open_RESTful_API_Specification it is clearly stated in the "Additional Resources" paragraph that "The RESTful binding of OMA NGSI-9 described on this page has been defined by the FI-WARE project. It can be accessed in the [1]. Note that also the schema files are part of the binding".

However access to these files is not given, since it is under FIWARE svn.

We're also wondering if a WADL description of the REST interface is provided, so that we can use the REST Client Generator provided within the FI-WARE tools to generate a "java client library".

Finally, we're looking for one of these two possibilites in order to both simplify the work and concentrate on our business logic and not on writing code to build plain xml request.

Please let me know if we've missed something.

Kind regards,
P.
