[Fiware-ngsi] place to publish NGSI spec

Hi Tobias,

I proposed to change this page, first deleting the (preliminary) comment and then adding a new page "FI-WARE NGSI Binding: relevant documents"
http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FI-WARE_NGSI_Open_RESTful_API_Specification_%28PRELIMINARY%29

And we can put the documents directly in the FI-Ware forge, doc repository, directory "FI-Ware deliverables" which is a public folder. When the folder for R3 deliverables will be created maybe we can move the files in this place. The files tab is devoted to softwares deliveries so it is better to use the doc tab.

At which place in the Fi-WARE forge can we publish the 1st public version of the NGSI binding?
