[Fiware-ngsi] FIWARE NGSI 9/10 REST binding WADL availability

Hi Fermin,

As far as I know, no wadl was defined. Only xsds are available. But the xsds really define all the data structures for ngsi operations. If you are using java, you can easily transform xsds into java classes using the xjc command line tool, which is part of the jdk. After that you can create ngsi methods endpoints with jersey, or the rest framework of your choice. This is quite straightforward.
