[Fiware-ngsi] FIWARE NGSI 9/10 REST binding WADL availability

Hi Fermin,

sorry for interacting within this thread even if I don't have an answer.

We had have an internal discussion in the past regarding the WADL, which is, on experience and opinion of the Internet community, very doubtful (indeed as you've mentioned) if not harmful;
And
Decided in TI do not move with WADL in our implementation.

Therefore:
- NGSI, as far as I know, did not produce any artifacts for WADL;
- TI, implementing the Pub/Sub does not support (for the moment and if nothing changed also in the future) WADL, therefore no specs as well. We're implementing on JAX-RS RestEasy.
