Actually it would make sense to me to make the ContextValue field optional, as for the "delete" operation the specification of a value does not make sense.

Hi,

OMA Specification section 5.4.6 has a clause that takes into account empty ContextValue(s), i.e. "Behaviour in Case of empty ContextValue(s) in the request". However, section 5.5.2 states that ContextValue is mandatory, so it can not be empty.

Is there an typo in 5.5.2 and ContextValue should be "optional" to take into account the case considered in 5.4.6? What do you think?
