[Fiware-ngsi] NGSI 10 binding - small change

Hi all,

We changed a small thing in the NGSI 10 RESTful binding: The AppendContextElementResponse and UpdateContextElementResponse messages now contain only a single ContextAttributeResponse instead of a whole list of them.
The obvious reason is that the ContextAttributeResponse already gives the possibility to specify more than one attribute.

This is related to the convenience functions of updating context information with NGSI 10.

I updated the svn accordingly

As this was more a bug fixing than a substantial change we decided not to discuss it beforehand, but if there are objections the change can easily be undone.
