[Fiware-ngsi] Opening FIWARE Ngsi list the external public

Dear,

As far as I understand, this list is currently restricted to the FIWARE
staff (mainly in the Data and IoT chapter, the ones more involved in the
NGSI activities). However, we think it could be a very valuable tool to
capture feedback from the developers community. Thus, opening
subscriptions to anybody could be a good idea.

What do you think? Is there any of the existing members that would
oppose to opening the list to the external public?
