[Fiware-ngsi] How to discuss NGSI?

Hi again,

I just figured out that only project contributors can assign labels to issues, which means the APIv2 label has to be assigned by TID people.

For now I use “APIv2:” as issue title prefix…

Thanks; I will then create github issues for the moment.

@everybody else:

-        the URL is https://github.com/telefonicaid/fiware-orion/issues.

-        Issues can be marked with labels, and the label used for NGSI2 discussions is “APIv2”

-        You probably need a GitHub account for contributing (not sure)
