[Fiware-ngsi] NGSIv2 specification work continues

Hi,

Releasing the first stable version of NGSIv2 specification (AKA "RC
2016.05", which you can find at
http://fiware.github.io/specifications/ngsiv2/stable) was an important
milestone. However, specification work hasn't stopped and our plan is to
continue in the coming months, evolving the work-in-progress (WIP)
version of the draft (available at:
http://fiware.github.io/specifications/ngsiv2/latest) towards the next
RC version.

In this line, we have grouped all the open issues related with pending
specification topics in the following github milestone:
https://github.com/telefonicaid/fiware-orion/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3ANGSIv2SpecPending.
Within that group, we would focus in the next weeks in the ones labelled
with P5
(https://github.com/telefonicaid/fiware-orion/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3ANGSIv2SpecPending+label%3AP5).


Specification work will be done using pull request (PR) on the WIP .apib
file. As we need in the past, each new PR with relevant changes will be
communicated to the fiware-ngsi list so everybody interested in NGSIv2
could have a chance to provide feedback on it.
