[Fiware-ngsi] NGSIv2 overview for developer that already know NGSIv1

Hi,

I have created a document explaining the novelties in NGSIv2 for people 
already familiar with NGSIv1. The idea is to show how to do the things 
you are familiar with NGSIv1 now in NGSIv2 as long as new and powerful 
capabilities of the new version of the API. Some knowledge in NGSIv1 API 
is required.

It is written from the Orion (a particular implementation of NGSIv2) 
perspective, but I think it can be useful as general NGSIv2 documentation.
