Hi

Two questions on slide 6 :

You mention European Commission. Is it as supporter of open data ? In that case, shouldn't we rathe refer to 'Public authorities' ?

Also, you mention 'open data experts' ... Isn't this a lot about open data ? We are working on linked data, which does not specifically need to be open ...and probably won't in most of the cases

Even in cities, I discussed with many of them and they are not that in favour of open data as they may not want to get everything public (think about impact of high pollution measured in richer areas of the city) or would like to get some revenue out of it.
