Dear all,
congratulations to EGM for sending the first signed Agreement yesterday!


(1)    Kickoff dates
The date for the first kick-off meeting is approximately 33 days after the
fourth signature is received, therefore we need to updated this table.
Does anybody have anything AGAINST the 8th or 11th of February?:

Please note, formalities and introductions take a half day, so when I write "2 days"
I assume that everyone flies in the night before and we start at 09:30.
If there is a strong preference for a 2pm start, then we need a 3 days slot (close 3pm).
Does anyone want the 3-day version?

A rough skeleton of the agenda is attached, filled in for a 3-day slot so you see what
I mean. My preference is to put it into 2 days. Please give me some feedback.
